Construction residue is not dirt
Built-clean glass, ready for handoff
Installers leave tape, silicone, stickers, and paint overspray on nearly every pane. A buyer notices dirty glass before anything else at a walkthrough, and ordinary cleaning does not touch construction residue. Adhesive and cured caulk have to come off new glass without scratching it. That is careful, methodical work, and it is exactly what our crews do.
New homes also hold surfaces that cannot take water at all. We have detailed skylights directly above honed limestone that stains from a single drip and cracks if you lean on it. Protecting delicate finishes while the glass comes clean is part of the job, not an extra.
- Tape, silicone & caulk residue removed safely from new glass.
- Paint overspray and stickers lifted from panes and frames.
- Tracks vacuumed, screens and frames detailed, inside and out.
- Delicate surfaces protected: limestone, plaster, and specialty finishes stay dry and untouched.
- A documented finish: every post-construction clean ends with a written report before the final walkthrough.
